The West Coast Trail, British Columbia
Come on a journey through the rugged West Coast of British Colombia. As we backpacked along this 75 kilometre trek, we hiked up steep hills, climbed through beaches filled with boulders and driftwood, and trudged through dense, muddy forests. It was a challenging hike, but the scenery was unreal! The smell of the ocean breeze, the variety of landscapes, and the joy of completing each day with an amazing group of friends made this journey spectacular.
The Laugavegur Trail, Iceland
Welcome to the land of fire and ice. On this journey, we backpacked the Laugavegur Trail, a 55 kilometre trek in Iceland. Everywhere we turned, the scenery looked like a painting; layers of vibrant, multicoloured hills interwoven with glaciers feeding into crystal clear streams; expanses of black sand reminiscent of Tolkien’s Mordor; and deep canyons of fiery red rock cradling roaring waters. Both the steep inclines and the stunning beauty will take your breath away!
Northern Saskatchewan
Weathered rock, glistening water, endless skies, and trees full of personality. Northern Saskatchewan offers wild, untouched beauty and memories that will last a lifetime. These paintings were inspired by canoe trips deep into the north, capturing not only the striking scenery but the joy of exploring it with great friends.
Southern Saskatchewan
Southern Saskatchewan is a land of quiet adventure—rolling hills, wide-open grasslands, and pockets of rich forest. This collection features scenes from Saskatchewan Landing and Cypress Hills Provincial Parks, some painted en plein air with the breathtaking landscapes unfolding right before me.
Around Home
There truly is no place like home. This collection captures quiet, heartfelt moments from daily life—whether it’s the magic of the Northern Lights dancing above our yard or simple, joyful times shared with our beloved furry companion. These paintings reflect the comfort, beauty, and wonder found just outside the front door.
Canadian Rockey Mountains
Nothing prepares you for your first glimpse of the Rockies. I remember the chill in the air, the rich scent of pine, and that impossibly blue water. This growing collection explores my awe and affection for these mountain landscapes, with a scene from Lake Louise and soon to follow, Jasper, Banff, and more.
